Mrs Boucher has over 15 years of expertise in business development, business consulting and has a very keen sense of business strategy. She has also notably contributed to the crowdfunding industry in Canada, as co-author of a white paper, titled “A paradigm shift in the financial industry: Harmonizing Crowdfunding within Canada“. 

Born in Beauce (Quebec, Canada), a region known for its entrepreneurial drive. She spent her youth and young adulthood in Ontario. She came back to Quebec in 2003, worked in business and began her studies in psychology at Laval University (Quebec City) in 2006. Shortly after university in 2012, she founded her first company, Agence Lisa Boucher.

She also has managed to achieve not only a large network of business professionals & entrepreneurs, but also has acquired a prestigious networks within the financial industry, scientific community and technical experts within the province of Quebec and other provinces within Canada.

In 2015, she founded Momentum Crowdfunding, a crowdfunding platform, and became Vice-President of Kalotem. She also gives her time as a volunteer for Hope & Cope, a non-profit organization based in Montreal, which offers help to patients in palliative care, and their families, at the Jewish General Hospital. Hope & Cope’s mission is to give psychosocial support to families and terminally ill patients. She also gave her time to arts and culture, as a board member of the Montreal Celtic Society, an organisation that promoted the rich Celtic heritage of the city.

Through her non-conventional route, her personal mission is to help people succeed and to empower women in business.
